New Energy Policy 1.0: Ethanol is not that great.

I was listening to a good story on MPR yesterday. The relative efficacy of ethanol in moving the United States towards independence from foreign oil is small, and the production of ethanol is not all that clean, said the researchers from St. Olaf College and the University of Minnesota.
